Job Description: As an Executive Assistant, you will provide administrative support to the SVP, TODAY Show at NBC News. He or she will serve as the office liaison, communicating with internal NBCU divisions and with external businesses.

This role is primarily to support the newsletter team by producing, copy editing, and deploying The New Yorker’s robust suite of editorial newsletters. This includes programming newsletter contents in our CMS, lightly editing copy for fit and context, ensuring copy adheres to house style, and deploying campaigns.
A good candidate has a keen attention to detail, a proclivity for working in multiple content management systems, and experience juggling multiple deadlines a day. We are looking for someone who is a thorough reader who can quickly catch and fix mistakes of spelling, punctuation, grammar, and syntax, and is interested in being trained as a New Yorker copy editor.
