They will need to be able to effectively multi-task a high volume workload; have the ability to complete administrative tasks and projects quickly with little to no guidance; react with appropriate urgency to situations and events that require quick response or turnaround; and efficiently and creatively solve difficult or complex problems that affect people within the group or other related groups. The candidate would also have great attention to detail while still meeting tight deadlines, have regimented organization skills, and have the ability to switch gears at a moment's notice.

The candidate would also have great attention to detail while still meeting tight deadlines, have regimented organization skills, and have the ability to switch gears at a moment's notice, and be able to maintain a database & correlated updates with consistency, efficiency, and accuracy. Ideal candidate should also have awareness of the publishing landscape, particularly as relates to TV & film / adaptation. Ability to work across multiple teams and passion for literature is a must.
