Abbi Jacobson and Ilana Glazer, the creators, executive producers and stars of Comedy Central’s critically-acclaimed hit show Broad City, sit down with Marie Claire's editor-in-chief (and Harvard alum) Anne Fulenwider for a broad ranging discussion on the transition of their show from web series to cultural phenom.
Anne Fulenwider has been editor-in-chief of Marie Claire since 2012. Under her tenure, the magazine has received several journalism awards, including the New York Press Club Journalism Award in crime reporting, the Excellence in Journalism award from the Society of Professional Journalists and Folio Magazine’s Editor of the Year Award. Prior to Marie Claire, the Harvard-educated Fulenwider served as a senior editor at Vanity Fair, where she launched the much-loved Fanfair section of the magazine, as well as a senior editor at The Paris Review, where she worked with George Plimpton on his Truman Capote biography.
