Harvardwood is partnering with Harvard Alumni for Education and First-Generation Harvard Alumni to put on a Los Angeles alumni storytelling show this spring!

If you have a 5- to 6-minute story you'd like to tell at the show, please pitch it here. Your story doesn't need to be about Harvard, but it does need to be about you. You can find some tips and tricks for what makes a good oral story here (The Moth) and here (RISK!).

The call for pitches will be open until Sunday, March 1st. The line-up will be finalized by Sunday, March 15th. The show will take place the evening of Saturday, May 2nd, at Lyric Hyperion Theatre in Silver Lake (Los Angeles).

Selected storytellers will have several phone or Zoom calls with an experienced storytelling coach and a rehearsal (over Zoom) the week of the show. If you have any questions about the show, please contact Christine Gentry.
