SEEKING ITEMS FOR OUR HOLIDAY SILENT AUCTION

Participate in this year's Holiday Silent Auction in support of the Harvardwood Fund!  We invite all Harvardwood members and their contacts to participate.  Donate an item from your business or service in support of Harvardwood's educational events and programs.

We are currently seeking tax-deductible items to be donated for the auction.  Items may include:

• Gift certificates (spas, yoga, stores, restaurants, etc.)
• Recording or editing time in a professional studio (audio or video)
• Gift baskets (holiday or general)
  
• A walk-on role on a film or TV show
• Lessons in your area of expertise (golf, tennis, yoga, voice, acting, etc.)
  
• A visit to a set or studio
• Meet and greet with film or TV show cast
• T-shirts or other merchandise from a film or TV show
• Event tickets (concerts, wine tastings, etc.)
• Free tax preparation
• Airline miles
• Jewelery
• Free weekend at a vacation property
• ...and more!  You tell us what you'd like to provide

This is a great way to promote your product/service to Harvard alums AND Stanford alums, since all auction items will be featured at our jointly hosted holiday party on December 10, 2014 in Los Angeles!

Note that we may not be able to utilize all submitted items. We are looking for a range of price points and products/services to offer.  If approved, a letter containing all pertinent information, including our Tax ID number, will be mailed to you upon receipt of your donated item or donation.

Please be sure to submit your item by 11:59pm PT on Tuesday, Nov. 25th for maximum auction exposure.
