Two Chinese-born New Yorkers, one with a degree in Philosophy, the other in Medicine, had a dream of two cultures merged in one.  The result is CARMA: Eastern cuisine with a Western flair.

carma_ext.jpgNewly opened in the West Village, CARMA serves a distinctive Taiwan-based cuisine with strong American and European influences.  With a signature menu created by the Executive Chef of Taiwan's renowned Din Tai Fung in collaboration with TAO, the cuisine of CARMA features artfully balanced and locally sourced ingredients.

For this Harvardwood evening, CARMA is putting together a special 8 course tasting menu with a glass of white wine and a glass of red--you'll find the full menu below (subject to change).
