Please join Harvard’s Committee on Sports & Entertainment Law for a conversation with Ethan Orlinsky, formerly Major League Baseball Special Counsel to the Commissioner. In his role, Ethan advised the Commissioner and Deputy Commissioner Dan Halem on issues related to governance and administration, Club and league policies, international, legislative and new business initiatives, and the Minor Leagues, among other matters. Ethan also served as point person with the MLB Players Association on labor business issues and provided guidance and support to the Clubs and MLB’s business and legal groups in a variety of areas.
