Presenter: Rebecca Lanctot is a graduate of Hamline University School of Law, where she was a research fellow focusing on securities and business law, and a member of Law Review and two prestigious moot court teams. Prior to law school, she earned an MBA and after law school, did some doctoral work in international dispute resolution. She is licensed in New York and California.

Rebecca is currently In House Counsel and Contracts Manager for a specialty publishing company in Marin County, which has released several award-winning titles, including such quality works as the Game of Thrones Pop Up Book and the Harry Potter Coloring Book. She is also part time In House Counsel for Napa Valley Performing Arts Center (Lincoln Theater), and Of Counsel for WestonLafone, a London-based boutique law firm specializing in international intellectual property. She is also a trained Mediator, having completed CA Lawyer's for the Arts mediation training. A former intern of the International Chamber of Commerce's Court of Arbitration, Rebecca is Sr. Editor in Chief of the internationally renowned Vindobona Journal of International Commercial Law and Arbitration and has recently joined the panel of CA Lawyers for the Arts having been an active participant in CLA's educational programs since 2013.
