Posted By Angelique Henderson, Monday, May 13, 2013
Updated: Monday, May 13, 2013

Hey Harvardwood! Check out my new Youtube video of a monologue from the play "Roulette" by Douglas Hill that I performed for my midterm this semester in Dramatic Arts 111 at Harvard. The video quality is slightly bad so apologies in advance. Constructive criticism is welcome! ALSO, please vote for me in a photo contest I'm in, your vote would mean a lot to me: http://www.harvardwood.org/blogpost/2158/164113/Vote-for-Angelique-Henderson-14-in-Mega-Growth-s-Photo-Contest  -Love Angelique Henderson

I'm an Aspiring TV & Film Actress and am trying to hone my skills in different ways. This is an original poetic monologue entitled "You're Wrong" that I recited for a talent show themed "God's Masterpiece" in Brooklyn, NY on 3/16. I hope you enjoy it and I'm extremely open to constructive criticism! My next performance is 3/30 in NY, here's the link: http://www.harvardwood.org/events/event_details.asp?id=311128&group= Feel free to subscribe to my YouTube channel to keep up with my work! http://www.youtube.com/user/lovelyA14

The Queen, My Lord, Is Much, Much Better

The Queen, My Lord, Is Much, Much Better from Bob Kuhn on Vimeo.

see http://bkvoice.com

This 15-minute video is based on a comic essay from the '50s imagining bit-part actors sabotaging British productions of Shakespeare plays.  The author was Lionel Hale, a well known British playwright, essayist, and theater critic.  The theatrical images are largely from Shakespeare & Company productions.

TOTALLY IMPROVISED movie clip, featuring Karen-Eileen Gordon

Posted By Karen-Eileen Gordon, Monday, December 22, 2008

This scene, featuring actress Karen-Eileen Gordon, was TOTALLY IMPROVISED ON-CAMERA during the filming of 20th Century Fox's hilarious remake, BACHELOR PARTY 2. Gordon plays AUTUMN, the big sister of the Bride-to-be (Sara Foster). The gentleman strapped to the bed is Autumn's less-than-stellar husband (Warren Christie)...there was one take only, and the camera rolled for FOUR FULL MINUTES! :) The footage was edited for time, and can also be found on the DVD (special features, "Autumn's Room Service Rant"). This improvised monologue, along with Gordon's performance in the feature, got her singled out by reviewers as "delivering the funniest female performance in the movie (Upcoming Discs.com)."
