Join a virtual conversation, produced by the Office for the Arts and the First-Year Arts Program, in partnership with Broadway in Boston, featuring members of the creative team behind the Tony Award-winning musical Hadestown. Tony-winning director/creator Rachel Chavkin, Tony-winning composer/creator Anaïs Mitchell and pianist/orchestrator Cynthia Meng ’15. The discussion will be hosted by Jim Augustine ’01, COO of Zuckerberg Media. Hadestown, winner of eight 2019 Tony Awards, intertwines two mythic tales, one of the young dreamers Orpheus and Eurydice, and another of King Hades and his wife Persephone.
This Harvard event is free and open to the public.
