In honor of Veterans Day, Theresa Loong is screening Every Day Is a Holiday this Thursday 11/9 from 7-8pm in the oldest store in Chinatown, 26 Mott Street in NY, followed by a Q&A and storytelling workshop from 8-9pm. Screening fee is $5.
Every Day Is a Holiday is about a prisoner of war in Japan during WWII who is now an American. Paul Loong was also a US Veteran of the Korean War and honorably retired serving as a doctor in the Veterans Administration Hospital in East Orange, NJ.
